Nearly 30 years of production expertise.
The Lema Food Company journey began in Bochum, Germany, in 1997. In 2012, production moved to Sława in Poland’s Lubuskie region, where Lema grew into a powerful döner kebab production centre.
With the opening of our Barcelona facility in 2023, our total daily capacity reached 50 tonnes. Today, we are proud to be a family of almost 300 people.

What Do We Produce?
At Lema Food Company, we place great importance on sourcing halal-certified raw materials and manage the cold chain with the utmost care.
Our products are divided into three main groups: Minced Meat Doner, Chicken Doner and Turkey Doner. Each product group includes more than 15 varieties prepared with distinctive spice blends and special recipes.
In line with our customers’ requirements, we develop custom recipes, carry out research and development activities, provide custom production and offer private-label services.
